Dr. Tricia Schilling
Dr. Tricia Schilling knew she wanted to be a veterinarian by the time she was 7 years old. Born and raised in the Eugene/Springfield area, she studied animal science at Oregon State University and then completed veterinary school at OSU in 2003.
Months after graduation she moved to Australia, where she spent the next 19 years. She lived in Queensland, New South Wales, and finally settled in Melbourne, Victoria. She enjoyed varied experiences over there such as working for a time at the Australian Wildlife Hospital at Australia Zoo (home of the late Steve Irwin), as well as co-owning an award-winning coffee roasting company.
In 2022 she relocated back to Oregon with her husband, two sons, one dog, and one cat in tow. After deciding to settle in Grants Pass, they have added another two cats to the family.
